At Alvin's Island, we want you to love your beachwear and accessories, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and intimate apparel must have the protective liner intact to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unwashed and unworn merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring all original hangtags are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
